Water God

Nixon’s weather report:

New same started but then the timetable is still in a mess. Lecturers canceled most of the classes. Quite regret why I came back to UKM early….next year should be a better choice. Since my class had been called off today. So, I decided to went for spree. If not I might bored to dead. I went to metro kajang to buy some items like masks, whey protein n etc. Have my lunch spaghetti black pepper sauce.

I was standing beside the road to wait the on coming cars to pass by then only I cross. Whilst I was standing someone knocked his?? Her?? car’s window….i don even know you?? Am I blocking you?? Whatever….cant see the person sitting inside due to reflection. I waited for the bus for more than a half hour. Really hate waiting……my legs were crying in pain. Back to UKM still not water supply….until now 1135pm…..damn it…… I really hate it….life without water is torturing…..hopefully, there is water supply 2moro…..

Acne

facing acne problem recently....hate it...miss my flawless skin..... So today i would like to share:

Here is a list of food to beat acne at its own game:

1) Organic Green Tea - Green tea is rich in an anti-inflammatory chemical called catechins, which helps to combat free radicals and prevent fine lines.

2) Olive oil - good mono-unsaturated fats like olive or sesame oil contain essential fatty acids that are needed for good health. Fats are an integral part of cell membranes and will help to nourish the skin and give it an inner glow.

3) Walnuts - They are rich in omega-3 oils, another powerful antioxidant that helps to keep the skin plump and flexible. Omega-3 oils are also found in oily fish such as salmon, or in flaxseed oil.

4) Berries - Blueberries, raspberries, cranberries are all rich in phytochemicals that are protective of skin cells. You can't get the same results though, from frozen or preserved fruit.

5) Lemon Juice - It's a natural bleach and can be used to fade sunspots and freckles. Put a slice of lemon over the spot and leave it for 10 minutes everyday for a week, or exfoliate by rubbing a cut lemon and half a teaspoon of granulated sugar over the skin for a few minutes. Be careful not to get any lemon in your eyes and stop immediately if you get a bad reaction as some people have extremely sensitive skin.

6) Watermelon - Some people believe that rubbing their faces with the rind of a watermelon will give them beautiful skin.There is plenty of truth to this, as the pulp of the fruit is a good exfoliant and watermelon is rich in vitamins A, B and C. The fruit contains a lot of water which serves to hydrate the skin and the gentle massaging action will stimulate lymphatic drainage.

7) Low-Fat Dairy Products - One the most important components of skin health is vitamin A. One of the best places to get it is low-fat dairy products. In fact, experts say that the health of our skin cells is dependent on dietary vitamin A.

8) Whole-Wheat Bread, Cereals and Brazil nuts - Dietary selenium comes from nuts, cereals, meat, fish, and eggs. Brazil nuts are the richest ordinary dietary source. The mineral selenium connects all these foods for healthy skin. Experts say selenium plays a key role in the health of skin cells. Some studies show that even skin damaged by the sun may suffer fewer consequences if selenium levels are high.

9) Yogurt - Yogurt is a very important natural beauty aid. Apply yogurt on the face every morning as a quick nourishing facial mask. Wash it off after a few minutes with cold water. This will keep the complexion smooth, healthy and fresh. A mixture of yogurt and lemon juice is ideal for softening hands.

10) Apples - Apples contain lots of pectin and it's the enemy of the acne. Rejoice!! Remember to eat the skin too as pectin is mostly concentrated there. If you eat without the skin, it would not be as effective. Eat the skin as dietary fibre too

变帅的小偏方

有位朋友分享了这些偏方给我,你们也试一试吧。。哈哈

1.要睡觉的时候,拿小黄瓜切雹放置脸上过几分钟拿下来,一个月您的脸就会白嫩。

2.睡前用最便宜的化妆棉加上化妆水完全浸湿后,敷在脸上20钟,每周3次,您的皮肤会有想不到的水亮清透喔!!

3.每天起床喝2杯水,其中一杯加些盐巴,可以清肠胃。

4.门前一定要擦隔离霜及防晒乳,回到家记得要马上卸妆。

5.先用温水再用冷水洗脸会让肌肤既干净且毛细孔会变小喔。

6.一定要多喝水不熬夜,少吃油炸类的东西,保持皮肤清洁。

7.每晚洗完脸后,将养乐(种乳酸奶制品,偶最爱喝啦)倒在化妆棉上,直接敷在两颊,甚至连额头、下巴也可顺便敷上,不但去斑兼美白,因每次用量大约 只有六分之一瓶的养乐多。

8.晚上少喝水,白天多喝水,睡前敷水亮面膜;多吃水果,不喝酒不抽烟不熬夜,保证水亮。

9.首先用冷茶包敷眼五分钟,接着做一个类似瑜珈的动作,这个动作是先盘腿,再将手举高后往前趴下,保持这个姿势约十分钟。这个动作一开始不容易做到十分 钟,要一段时间的练习,但是效果真的很好
